Art. 92. Jeżeli na terenach odosobnionych w rozumieniu art. 3 pkt 23 rozporządzenia nr 1069/2009 położonych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej zachodzi konieczność zastosowania środka określonego w art. 19 ust. 1 lit. b rozporzą- dzenia nr 1069/2009, właściwy miejscowo wojewoda, mając na względzie zapewnienie ochrony zdrowia ludzi i zwierząt, po uzgodnieniu z Głównym Lekarzem Weterynarii, określa, w drodze rozporządzenia – aktu prawa miejscowego, granice tych terenów odosobnionych, na których stosuje się ten środek.
