Art. 50. W ustawie z dnia 24 lipca 2015 r. o Radzie Dialogu Społecznego i innych instytucjach dialogu społecznego (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 2232, z późn. zm.6)) w art. 15 ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: „2. Do układów, o których mowa w ust. 1, stosuje się przepisy art. 3, art. 5, art. 6, art. 7 ust. 1 i 3, art. 9 ust. 1 i 5, art. 10 ust. 6, art. 11, art. 12, art. 14 ust. 1–3, art. 15, art. 16 ust. 1 i 4–6, art. 18 ust. 1, art. 19, art. 22, art. 23 ust. 1–3, art. 24 ust. 1–3 i art. 31 ustawy z dnia 5 listopada 2025 r. o układach zbiorowych pracy i porozumieniach zbiorowych (Dz. U. poz. 1661).”.
